Good to know

Disney days with less friction.

Two parks, one resort

Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea are separate parks inside the same Maihama resort area. Tell the team which park — or which hotel — is your stop so the driver plans the right drop-off point.

Full luggage rides with you

Arriving from the airport, everything travels in one vehicle — no coin lockers or train transfers with suitcases. Hotels in the resort area can usually hold bags until check-in.

Free child seats

Infant, toddler, and booster seats are provided at no charge. The booking form asks explicitly so the right seats are always installed before pickup.

Late arrivals are fine

Share your flight number and the driver tracks the landing with a 90-minute free wait. Late-night pickups use the published late-night airport fee only when applicable.

Getting there, compared

  • From Haneda: the closest airport — about 25–40 minutes door-to-door. Trains require at least one transfer with luggage.
  • From Narita: the resort is on the way into Tokyo — roughly 50–70 minutes, a shorter ride than continuing to central-city hotels.
  • From Tokyo hotels: a calm morning pickup beats moving strollers and day bags through rush-hour trains; a round-trip covers the tired ride home after the fireworks.
  • Trains and buses are cheaper per person; a private car is one fixed fare for the whole group, door-to-door, with luggage and child seats handled.

Disney transfer FAQ

Which airport is closer to Tokyo Disneyland — Haneda or Narita?

Haneda is closer: about 25–40 minutes by car to the resort. From Narita the drive is roughly 50–70 minutes — and because the resort sits between Narita and central Tokyo, going straight to Disney is a shorter ride than going into the city first.

Can you drop us at Tokyo DisneySea or a Disney hotel instead of Disneyland?

Yes. Drop-off can be Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, or any Disney / official hotel inside the resort area — share the exact stop during booking.

Do you provide child seats for Disney transfers?

Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are free. Booking asks an explicit child-seat question so the driver always arrives with the right seats installed.

Can we go straight from the airport to the park before hotel check-in?

Usually yes: Disney and official hotels can typically store luggage before check-in, so morning arrivals can head to the gates with day bags only.

Is the fare per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The published fare covers the whole group and luggage; there is no per-passenger pricing and no card needed to book.
