Good to know
Most Hokkaido resorts open in late November or early December and run into April. The deepest powder and the busiest arrival waves are late December through February — book the transfer as soon as flights are fixed for Christmas–New Year and Lunar New Year weeks.
Two ski or snowboard bags plus family suitcases usually means a HiAce rather than an Alphard. List every bag, board bag, and boot bag during booking so the driver arrives with the space you need.
Snow adds time on the Niseko and Furano roads. The drive times here are winter estimates, the driver leaves buffer, and the team stays reachable on WhatsApp or LINE if conditions change. Keep the first evening loose.
Share the flight number and the driver meets you at New Chitose arrivals with a name sign after the real landing, with a 90-minute free wait. Late-night pickups use the published late-night airport fee only when applicable.
Infant, toddler, and booster seats are provided at no charge. The booking form asks explicitly so the right seats are always installed before pickup.
Sahoro, Asahidake, Kamui Ski Links, and other resorts without a published fare are quoted on request with the same licensed operators. Send the flight, passenger count, and bag count for a custom fare.
Roughly 2–2.5 hours in good conditions and longer in heavy snow. The driver plans buffer for the road, and fares are fixed per route rather than per hour, so a slow drive does not change the price.
Yes. New Chitose to Rusutsu, Kiroro, and Tomamu are published fixed fares, booked like any other route above. Resorts without a published fare — Sahoro, Asahidake, Kamui Ski Links and others — are quoted on request with the same licensed operators.
Yes with the right vehicle. A HiAce takes several ski or snowboard bags plus suitcases; an Alphard suits smaller groups with one or two bags. List every ski bag, board bag, and boot bag when booking so the right vehicle is dispatched.
Hirafu, Hanazono, Niseko Village, and Annupuri or Kutchan-town lodging when confirmed inside the Niseko service area. The area locks the fare; the exact hotel or chalet can be confirmed later.
Ask during booking. A short rest stop on the long winter drive is normal, especially with children after a flight. A planned supermarket stop is confirmed in advance, since added waypoints can affect the fare.
Yes. Choose the round-trip option when booking the airport transfer, or message the team for a one-way quote from your resort back to New Chitose.
Per vehicle. The published fare covers the whole group, ski luggage, tolls, and child seats; there is no per-passenger pricing and no card needed to book.
