These Terms of Service govern your use of the Japan Premium Chauffeur website and booking tools operated by JPC Travel ("we", "us", or "our"), including chauffeur transfer services, day charters, customer support, SMS messages, and WhatsApp or chat-based support.

Booking, Cancellation & Fare Adjustments

You may cancel any booking, free of charge, at any time before the scheduled pickup time. Because nothing is charged at booking, there is no refund process โ€” cancellation simply releases the slot.

If the passenger is not present at the scheduled pickup point at the expected pickup time, the driver will wait up to 15 minutes. If no one has appeared and we cannot reach you within that grace period, the driver may end the booking or apply a waiting fee.

Pickup changes may be requested before the scheduled pickup time. We will confirm whether a requested change can be supported based on driver availability, route, timing, and vehicle assignment. If a pickup-time change moves your pickup into the late-night window, the late-night fee will apply.

Your booked fare is locked at the rate shown when you book. No card is required to book, and payment is due after the ride by secure Stripe link, driver QR, supported wallet, or cash. The final amount may differ only if the trip itself changes โ€” for example, extended waiting time, customer-initiated detours, additional waypoints, or a pickup-time change that triggers a late-night fee. Tolls and parking remain included.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow reasonable safety instructions from drivers and support staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates safety policies or creates unsafe conditions.

SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: Japan Premium Chauffeur. Program description: booking confirmations, driver coordination, pickup updates, ride support, and other service-related messages for Japan Premium Chauffeur reservations, sent only when SMS is your chosen concierge channel.

By entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive booking and ride-related messages from Japan Premium Chauffeur at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies based on booking activity, support needs, and ride updates. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us through the Contact page. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing unrelated services.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may depend on your country, carrier, device, and messaging permissions. For privacy details, see our Privacy Policy.

Concierge Channel Communication

When you select WhatsApp, LINE, or email as your concierge channel during booking, you agree that Japan Premium Chauffeur may send booking confirmations, driver details, pickup timing, hotel updates, route changes, and travel-support messages through that selected channel. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for choosing a channel you can access while traveling.

You are also responsible for the contact details you submit. If we cannot reach you on your chosen concierge channel or by the email address you provided despite documented attempts, we may need to cancel the booking. We always send a booking confirmation by email regardless of which channel you chose, so please double-check both your email address and your concierge contact at checkout.

Limitation of Liability

JPC Travel is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, airport operations, carrier delays, passenger delays, inaccurate information provided by travelers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
