How does booking confirmation work?
You book without paying. The fare is locked at the published USD rate, your confirmation is emailed immediately, and payment is due after the ride.
What if I need to cancel, or my plans change?
You can cancel before pickup with no charge. If your pickup time or route changes, message us and we’ll confirm whether the same fare still applies.
